Return & Exchange Policy

At Golden Lotus, we value your trust and strive to deliver high-quality garments that meet your expectations. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have designed the following return and exchange policy:

Eligibility for Return:

  • Returns are accepted only in cases of defective product, wrong product delivered, or wrong size delivered. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team via sales@goldenlotusglobal.shop or Whatsapp support with supporting document, pictures and videos.

Return Resolution:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase for above and other reasons, we don't offer direct refunds.
  • Instead, you may write to our team for resolution, our team will provide you best resolution possible for your satisfaction.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, and clearance/discount sale, items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Customized or altered garments cannot be returned.

Process:

  1. Contact our support team at sales@goldenlotusglobal.shop
  2. Share your order details and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, ship the product back to us, return shipping charges will be borne by customer only.
  4. Once We Receive our Package back, our team will examine the package and ensure everything in package founds as it must be.
  5. Your will Discount coupons via email or WhatsApp in 7 days after Package Receive to us.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable on all Returns.
  • After the refund is approved and processed, you will get refund in form of discount coupons for the amount adjusting shipping cost.
  • Credit notes/discount coupons are non-transferable and can only be used by the original customer within 2 months from the date of issue.
  • The company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Using Your Credit Note:

  • Once you receive the credit note code from us, you can apply it on our website at the checkout page, after the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the ‘COUPON CODE’ section and click on ‘APPLY’.
  • You will see the discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in the total as per your given discount amount.
